How does the rental finding work?
Letify Bot scans trusted Dutch rental websites every few minutes. Set at least one city and enable notifications to receive listings. Price, area, and room preferences are optional. Listings matching your criteria are sent with key details so you can act quickly.

As a solo developer, I believe everyone deserves fair housing opportunities without financial barriers. Unlike paid services with high fees, Letify Bot focuses on helping people find homes, not profiting from their search. A system like this is extremely cheap to run.

What inspired Letify Bot?
Letify Bot was inspired by some other community efforts but is coded completely from scratch. This new implementation fixes several shortcomings of existing solutions, offering improved reliability, better matching algorithms, and enhanced user experience while maintaining simplicity and accessibility.
What data does Letify Bot store?
Letify Bot only stores your preference choices (cities, price range, etc.) which are necessary to match you with relevant listings. No personal data, search history, or usage patterns are collected or stored. Your privacy is a priority!
When will Letify Bot be open source?
I'm prioritizing stability and security before open-sourcing. My focus is protecting user data and maintaining reliability. It's on my roadmap, but I need to refine the codebase and build community support first.
Why am I not seeing many listings?
This could be due to limited properties matching your preferences in the competitive Dutch market. Try broadening your price range, area, or room requirements. Remember, at least one city must be set and notifications enabled.
Does it really find that many rental homes per day?
Our system monitors rental listings across all supported platforms, consistently identifying approximately 7,000 new homes weekly across all cities. Please note that weekend listing volumes are significantly lower than weekdays.
